At Turning Point, we offer 3 services. Each service is tailored to guide you at different levels. The goal is to help you understand and properly utilize senior care services.
Community Choice
Often times our seniors need to find an assisted living community or nursing home. Our job is to guide you through the selection process. We’ve taken years to research and study the options available. From Independent Living, Assisted Living, Nursing Home, or In-Home Care, the options are often confusing and overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to help you understand your options and make the right decision.
Price: FREE
Timeframe: This process usually takes 3-6 weeks
Details: You’ll have full access to us during the selection process. After placement, we will follow up at 3, 6, and 12 months.
Pathfinders
Planning for the future can be scary and uncertain. We’re here to help answer questions and guide you in some decisions. Sometimes this looks like financial advice, or feedback on some ideas. Whatever it is, we’re just a phone call away and eager to help.

You’ll have phone access to us on a regular basis for tips and advice.
Pathfinders Care Manager
The Care Manager option gives you access to our guides on a monthly basis, with in-person visits, next step guide calls, and more. This is a great solution for out-of-state children who are looking for someone to be a care-guide for their aging parent. We’ll help call the right plumber, schedule a doctors appointment, or just be there for a friendly conversation.
Price: $350 per month
Timeframe: 3-12 months.
Details: This program is meant to be a stepping stone for the year or so before moving to a community. It takes some time to build trust, but after a few weeks of extended visits, we spend about an hour a week together along with phones calls and other behind the scenes tasks.
